The Skipton Hotel is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Casual Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team.
This flexible role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy hospitality environment. You'll play a key part in delivering excellent customer service across our restaurant, bar, lounge, weddings, conferences, and special events.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests.
- Serving food and drinks in the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
- Setting up and clearing tables for service.
- Preparing function rooms for weddings, meetings, and events.
- Taking food and drink orders and processing payments.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Supporting the team to ensure guests receive an outstanding experience.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
