Within the Olympia destination, Hyatt Regency London Olympia offers 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre. Duties and responsibilities related to the Human Resources Coordinator role
Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, preparing offer documentation and supporting the onboarding process for new colleagues.
Support the HR team with compliance audits, reporting and the administration of performance management, learning and development, and other HR initiatives.
Ideally, you will have HR experience or a recognised HR qualification such as CIPD, with experience in hospitality or a hotel environment being beneficial. You are highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you build positive relationships at all levels and bring a proactive, approachable attitude to your work.
