We're looking for a Stock & Admin Controller to play a key role in driving stock performance, supporting operational teams, and ensuring inventory remains accurate, visible, and well controlled throughout the supply chain.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Leading stock control activities to maintain high levels of stock accuracy and integrity
Managing stock counts, reconciliations, and investigations into stock discrepancies
Monitoring stock performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls
Supporting and developing Stock & Admin Clerks while providing guidance to operational teams
Producing reports and communicating stock issues, availability risks, and corrective actions
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Have experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
Are confident working with warehouse management systems and stock reporting tools
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes, stock accuracy, and operational performance
Have experience leading or supporting small teams, helping to drive high standards and achieve results
