Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate billing through basic math skills.
- Engage with customers to provide a friendly atmosphere, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable, but training will be given
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
