Principle purpose of the role
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, inducting, and supporting both existing and new volunteers across Lighthouse. Working closely with Senior Stewards, the post holder will ensure volunteers feel equipped and supported to use their skills and training to deliver excellence across our customer experience.
Pay: £14.25 per hour
