We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our bar, restaurant and hotel operations. As a key leader, you will oversee daily store functions, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will inspire teams, optimize sales strategies, and uphold high standards of service and organization. Duties
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain operational excellence
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and administrative tasks
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives
- Maintain effective communication with staff and customers through phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Manage scheduling, time management, and organizational workflows to ensure smooth store functioning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and merchandising guidelines
Experience
- Proven management experience in hospitality with a strong background in supervising teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Prior experience in sales management, merchandising, or retail operations is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks and time management
- Experience in team management with a focus on developing talent and enhancing team performance
- Knowledge of retail management systems and proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
