Enterprise Mobility is looking for ambitious individuals to join our Graduate Management Trainee programme. This is a hands-on role designed to give you the experience, training and support needed to progress into management.
What you’ll do
From your first day, you’ll gain practical experience across different areas of the business, including:
- Delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Developing your sales and business development skills
- Working towards individual and branch targets
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy branch
- Learning about fleet management, finance and administration
- Building relationships with local businesses and customers
- Taking responsibility for solving problems and delivering results
- Developing your leadership and management skills
You’ll receive structured training, mentoring and ongoing support while taking on real responsibility. Enterprise’s management programme is designed around hands-on development and progression, with the opportunity to work towards running your own branch. ()

- Keen to learn and develop
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, leadership or another customer-facing environment is highly valued.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate-level qualification, in line with the requirements of the programme
- A full, valid UK driving licence
- The ability and willingness to work in a customer-facing, sales-focused environment
- The right to work in the UK
