Are you passionate about empowering residents and driving service improvement? South Essex Homes is seeking a dedicated Resident Engagement Team Leader to lead a team focused on enhancing resident engagement and shaping housing services.
In this role, you’ll develop impactful engagement initiatives, lead on strategic campaigns, and work closely with residents and stakeholders to ensure their voices are at the heart of our services. If you have a strong background in resident engagement, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
You must have the ability to travel around the City of Southend.
