From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll own demand generation, content strategy and digital performance, helping to support our growth ambitions and reach new audiences. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll help shape how we connect with customers and optimise our digital presence. Does this sound like the kind of challenge you're ready for?
This is a hybrid role, requiring 50% attendance at our Newbury office.
You'll also
- Build and manage the strategy for paid media, owned channels and partnerships to support lead generation
- Monitor performance across campaigns, including cost per lead, engagement and conversion
- Oversee our content strategy, working with customer case studies, testimonials and award submissions to show what we achieve together
- Look after our website performance and conversion journeys, making sure our shop window is optimised and welcoming
What you'll bring
You're someone who brings energy and insight to everything you do. You're collaborative, organised and great at bringing people together around a shared goal. You're creative with data, skilled at turning numbers into action, and eager to try new things. Are you someone who feels comfortable guiding strategy while staying close to what's working on the ground?
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in a marketing management role, either in-house or agency side
- Are confident using digital channels like LinkedIn, Google Analytics (GA4) and performance reporting tools
- Bring strong people management skills and enjoy supporting others to grow
- Have a thoughtful, analytical approach and can use insights to guide decisions and improve results
