Since 1995, we have been providing vital grocery delivery services to those who are no longer able to manage independently, ensuring access to fresh groceries for those most in need.
Summary
Due to our continuing growth we are pleased to say we are seeking a number of Delivery Helpers to join our team in the Falkirk area. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to deliver essential groceries to older individuals in the community, helping improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist the delivery driver in transporting groceries safely and efficiently.
- Support with loading and unloading deliveries at various locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Communicate effectively with team members and members.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards during deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service to our members
- Qualifications
- Ability to lift items safely.
- Good communication skills including strong literacy and numeracy skills .
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
