We're looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant at Holcroft Grange in Culcheth.
Whether you're new to care or already have experience, we'd love to hear from you. No previous care experience is required – we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
- Location: Holcroft Grange, Jackson Avenue, Culcheth
- Hours: 33 or 36 hours per week 8am-8pm - Alternate weekends
- Pay: £13.45 per hour
- Overtime: Optional overtime available
- No experience needed as full training and induction provided
What You'll Do
As a Care Assistant, you'll make a real difference to our residents by:
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration
- Encouraging independence and meaningful activities
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
