Job Description
Serio Dental is seeking an experienced, independent Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in an in-house, fully remote capacity. In this role, you will take complete ownership of setting up, managing, and optimizing our paid search campaigns and organic search strategy.
We are looking for a direct collaborator (not an agency) who can seamlessly embed into our workflows and focus heavily on driving high-quality lead generation and patient acquisition for our clinical treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Search: Design, build, and launch comprehensive Google Ads campaigns from scratch (Search, Performance Max, Display).
Ad Optimization: Conduct regular negative keyword audits, A/B test ad copy, manage bidding strategies, and maximize conversion rates while driving down cost-per-acquisition.
Organic SEO: Execute a thorough keyword strategy targeting high-value, local, and commercial search terms.
Link Building: Develop and execute a clean, high-authority backlink strategy to build long-term domain authority.
Data Integration: Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and tracking tags to ensure clear visibility on ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of demonstrable experience managing Google Ads and SEO pipelines.
Strong expertise in off-page SEO and ethical link-building strategies.
Mastery of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and industry-standard SEO tools.
Ability to work completely autonomously in a remote setup, managing deliverables efficiently.
Excellent data interpretation skills focusing on patient leads and conversions rather than just web traffic.
