Role Outline
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Product Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders, managing customer accounts, and supporting the distribution and invoicing of products. Your ability to maintain accurate records, liaise effectively with internal teams, and address customer needs will be essential to the success of our operations.
As a key member of our sales administration team, you will contribute to maintaining efficient processes and upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will also support the wider business by assisting with finance functions, document management, and adherence to regulatory and quality frameworks. What you’ll be doing
Raising sales invoices and managing customer accounts.- Liaising with the sales team and other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Supporting the finance function with purchase ledger maintenance.
- Scanning, filing, and managing confidential documentation.
- Reviewing and maintaining document procedures in line with the Quality Management System.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, Health & Safety requirements, and business systems manuals.
What we are looking for
Previous administrative experience- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Exemplary communication skills

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary
£25,000 per annum
