The role entails carrying out security related duties, while providing a 5 star, customer focused service.
The Security Support Officer will be required to work across multiple locations, on varying shift patterns. Respond to short notice requests to attend shifts. Provide outstanding security services on all contracts in the East Midlands Region, ensuring that FSI meet and exceed contractual obligations.
Locations include Loughborough, Coventry, and Burton-on-Trent. A flexible approach will be required, and access to own vehicle is essential.
Duties
- Applicant must hold valid SIA Door Supervision or Security Guarding license.
- Flexibility with shifts as this role will include working days and nights, Mon – Sun, covering annual leave, sickness, other absences and additional client requirements.
- Driving license and own vehicle is essential.
- Based on a full-time contract with a minimum of 36hrs a week offset over a one-month period, officer must be able to work at short notice and be willing to work irregular shift patterns.
- Attend training and cover shifts for other Regional FSI contracts.
- Carry out patrols, supervise access, key and CCTV controls.
- To ensure all Security Incident/Loss/Accident Reports are completed before shift handover.
- To assess and report potential safety hazards so that remedial action may be taken.
- Excellent customer service skills, experience working in a corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Have a polite and professional attitude to internal and external customers.
- The ability to work independently or as a team.
- Must be computer literate.
- Excellent level of English both written and spoken.
- 1 year minimum experience in the security industry
- Front of house experience working highly desirable.

Pay: £13.00-£13.45 per hour
