Job Advert: Primary PPA Cover Teacher – Small Heath
Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a flexible role? We are seeking a Primary PPA Cover Teacher to join a thriving school in Small Heath for 5 days a week. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher who enjoys variety and working across different year groups.
Requirements:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Live within a commutable distance of Walsall
- Hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one upon application
- Have at least 6 months of referenceable experience in the UK
- Have experience working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
The Role:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across various year groups
- Ensuring high-quality teaching and learning in line with the school’s curriculum
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
- Providing continuity for students and maintaining strong professional relationships with staff and pupils
