About Us
Delamina Townhouse is the newest addition to the Delamina group, created by husband-and-wife team Amir and Limor Chen following the success of Delamina EAST in Shoreditch and Delamina in Marylebone.
Set over two floors in a beautiful Grade II listed townhouse in the heart of Covent Garden, we have quickly built a reputation for exceptional food, warm hospitality and consistently excellent guest reviews.
We proudly hold 2 AA Rosettes, serving vibrant Eastern Mediterranean cuisine inspired by Limor's family heritage. Everything is prepared fresh using high-quality seasonal ingredients, accompanied by a carefully selected wine list, bespoke cocktails and genuine hospitality.

The Restaurant
- Up to 100 covers across two floors
- Strong pre-theatre dining and private events
- Kitchen located in the basement with a service lift

The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Floor Manager who loves service and leads from the floor.
This is not a role for someone who prefers standing behind a laptop. We want someone who enjoys interacting with guests, supporting the team and making sure every service runs smoothly.
You'll work closely with the General Manager to maintain high standards while helping develop a positive, professional culture across the restaurant.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading busy lunch and dinner services
- Supporting and motivating the front-of-house team
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Coaching and developing junior team members
- Maintaining high service standards throughout every shift
- Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth communication
- Helping drive standards, organisation and team morale
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager
- Confident leading a busy service
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Calm under pressure and highly organised
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- A positive, no-ego leadership style
