Job Title: Project Support Officer
Job Purpose
Support the delivery of digital projects and service improvements within 24/7 Services, ensuring successful implementation of systems, processes, and performance improvements that meet service and Council objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of digital and service improvement projects.

Work with stakeholders to implement change and improve services.

Analyse performance data and produce reports.

Identify trends and recommend service improvements.

Support business planning, process improvement, and performance management activities.

Communicate project updates and proposed changes to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
-
Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
Essential Experience

Experience supporting projects, change programmes, or service improvement initiatives.

Experience analysing data and producing reports.

Experience working with a range of stakeholders.

Experience identifying and implementing service improvements.
Essential Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong report-writing and presentation skills.

Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Additional Information
Pay Rate: £24.56 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: County Hall, Cardiff
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Closing Date: 19 June
Casual Car User Allowance
Occasional out-of-hours working may be required.
We operate on a bi-weekly payment schedule.
