Job description
We are looking for SIA Door Supervisor licenced staff to work predominantly as Door Staff for ongoing and new contracts in Plymouth and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
· Manage crowd control, ensuring capacity regulations are followed.
· Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all patrons and staff.
· Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
· Work within a team to ensure that all incidents are handled appropriately and reported to management.
· Write and maintain accurate incident records.
· Flexibility to work varying shifts especially evenings and weekends
Requirements:
- Valid Door Supervisor SIA licence
- Proven work experience as a Security Officer or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Basic Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
This role will predominantly be Friday and Saturday evenings in Plymouth between the hours of 17:00 - 02:00. We are looking for staff willing to work the same venues every weekend to ensure continuity for our clients.
Once you have signed up with City Security, you will be able to pick up other adhoc shifts as and when you are able.
