Overview
We are seeking a dedicated 360 Excavator Operator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating 360 excavators and assisting with groundworks on various projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical knowledge and experience in commercial driving to contribute to a dynamic and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Operating 360 Excavators
- Assisting with groundworks, including site preparation, excavation support, and material movement
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting with the operation of excavators and other machinery as required
- Conducting routine checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of work
Experience
- Proven experience as a excavator operator
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction machinery and vehicle maintenance
- Valid commercial driving licence, preferably with experience operating excavators and other heavy plant equipment
- Familiarity with health and safety procedures on construction sites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and undertake physical tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
