Our senior management work on site, day to day, alongside the team — we don't believe in running a business from behind a desk.
We're looking for an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of the site, lead shifts, and help develop a team that delivers to a high standard whether or not you're in the room. Like the rest of our team, we expect professionalism and respect, both with guests and with colleagues.
The role is based on site, 5 days a week including weekends and evenings, reflecting the nature of the business.
Pay & benefits
- £32,000–£35,000 per year, depending on experience
- Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day off
