We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised HR Officer to join our friendly and supportive People Services Team at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for someone who is keen to help us enhance how we communicate and engage with colleagues across the Trust. You will play an important role in developing and improving People Services communications, creating engaging workforce information and supporting the ongoing enhancement of our People Services intranet pages to ensure staff and managers can easily access clear, up-to-date guidance and resources.
The successful candidate will be an excellent organiser with strong administrative and IT skills, experience of working with confidential information and the ability to provide practical advice and support in a professional and customer-focused manner. Previous experience in an HR environment would be advantageous, as would an interest in developing a career within HR.

The HR Officer will provide professional, comprehensive and timely administrative support to the People Services Directorate, while also offering first-line advice, guidance and information to staff and managers across the Trust on a range of workforce matters.
This is a varied and rewarding role that will support the delivery of a comprehensive HR service across the Trust. Working closely with our HR Business Partnering Team, you will provide first-line advice and guidance to managers and staff on a range of workforce matters, whilst also coordinating key People Services activities and projects. The role includes supporting employee relations processes, job evaluation, workforce governance, policy development, reporting and audits, helping to ensure our services remain effective, responsive and people-focused.
The post holder will coordinate a range of activities and projects that support the work and objectives of People Services, including job evaluation, employee relations matters, policy development, workforce information and governance and further developing People Services communications across the wider Trust.
