Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Develop and follow personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and social engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Support clients with medication management and health monitoring as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare teams, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to listen attentively and convey information clearly.
- Valid driving license.
- Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols within care environments.
Hours Required
We are looking to employ staff to work 6am - 10am and/or 6pm -10pm
