Tia’s is bringing bold flavours, big energy and serious vibes to Newcastle with a brand new Mexican restaurant opening soon in The Gate — and we’re building a kitchen team that can match the atmosphere.
We’re looking for passionate, fast-paced chefs who love busy services, fresh food and being part of an exciting new opening from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking fresh Mexican-inspired dishes
- Keeping standards high during busy services
- Working as part of a fast, energetic kitchen team
- Keeping your section clean, organised and fully prepped
- Helping deliver consistently great food every shift
- Bringing passion, pace and positivity to the kitchen
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Reliable, organised and ready to get stuck in
- Mexican cuisine knowledge is a bonus
