Job Title - Labourer
Job Summary
You will be hardworking and reliable Hard Landscaping Labourer to support our landscaping team on residential and commercial projects. The role involves assisting with the installation of patios, paving, fencing, decking, driveways, and general groundworks. This is a physically demanding outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of patios, block paving, pathways, and driveways amongst other role associated tasks.
- Support groundwork activities including digging, levelling, and site preparation
- Load, unload, and move landscaping materials and equipment
- Mix concrete, mortar, and other construction materials
- Assist with fencing, decking, turfing, and retaining wall installations
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work sites, vehicles and equipment.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work alongside landscapers, supervisors, and other tradespeople
- Carry out general labouring duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous labouring, landscaping, construction, or groundwork experience preferred
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence advantageous
- Basic Health & Safety knowledge
Working Conditions
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Heavy lifting and manual handling required
- Early starts and occasional overtime may be required

Salary
£27,000 – £28,000 per year depending on experience.
