Maternity cover
The role is expected to commence in December 2026 and will continue until the return of the current employee from maternity leave. As the return date will depend on the maternity leave arrangements, the exact duration of the contract cannot be guaranteed. We will provide as much notice as possible of the contract end date when we know, with a current assumption of 9 months.

Role
We are looking for either full time, or part time (to suit school hours, 24 hours, pro rataed wages) Depending on experience and you will be the sole person to run our entire accounts, creating a wide ranging interesting role with innovative working practices using Xero.
Must be part or fully qualified ACCA / SIMA or fully qualified AAT or equivalent.
Maintain financial records ensuring accurate and up to date
Managing monthly payroll
Completing bank reconciliations
Reconcile accounts including receivable and payable
Production of monthly managements accounts
Prepare and submit quarterly Vat Returns
Accruals and prepayments, month and year end journals
Manage capital expenditure and Fixed Asset Schedules
Produce financial statements including P&L account, Balance Sheet
Liaise with external accountants at Year end
Computer literacy, familiarity with Spreadsheets, Databases, Excel & Xero
Reporting to Directors
Hours: >24 per week up to full time.
Pay: £32,000.00 per year
