Restaurant Manager - NoTwenty9, Burnham Market, Norfolk, UK
At NoTwenty9, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll not only oversee a talented and passionate team, but you’ll also remain hands-on in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
In this role, you’ll help introduce our guests to exquisite wines paired with our culinary creations, promote innovative cocktails crafted by our talented mixologists, and contribute fresh ideas to our events and manager meetings. We’re seeking someone who is not only friendly and professional but has impeccable attention to detail and a genuine love for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team while staying actively involved in day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with our other managers on rotas, closing duties, till reconciliation, stock control, and ordering.
- Ensure top-notch customer service and maintain a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Play a key role in promoting upcoming events and suggesting new ideas to enhance the guest experience.
