We are looking for Experienced Workshop Technicians to join our growing team based on the outskirts of Rugby.
The role is to service, repair and refurbish various types of gym equipment such as treadmills, cross trainers and strength equipment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical and electrical background and a can-do attitude. The successful candidate must be able to read electrical schematic drawings, be well versed in IT as most cardio machines will need some level of software updating. You will be responsible for preparing used gym equipment and ensuring it leaves the workshop in full working order. You must be able to demonstrate a can do attitude to problem solving, either electrical or mechanical.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
- An in-depth experience in Electrical and Mechanical principles.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Capability to perform at times physically demanding work and think outside the box at the same time to get equipment prepared quickly and cost effectively.
- IT literacy, including MS Office.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and eagerness to learn
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Schedule –
Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm.
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
