**Clinic Manager – MYA **
Salary: £40,000-£42,000pa experience dependant
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead our busy healthcare practice at our clinic situated in Fitzrovia. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations. The Clinic Manager will oversee a multidisciplinary team whose primary focus is patient service and management throughout every stage of the patient’s journey.
We will also require the successful candidate to oversee our site in Essex. We have clinical space based in Earls Colne, Colchester and offer patients surgeon and pre & post operative care. So monthly visits are required, with expenses covered.
Duties:
- To manage the FOH including scheduling, screening and confirming clinics, staff training and the day to day supervision within the clinic.
- You'll be the one to manage all aspects within the clinic to deliver a 5*star service for our patients.
- Working alongside and supporting our clinical nurses and surgeons who attend the clinic.
- To ensure that the patient documentation is completed, signed and stored correctly in line with regulatory bodies GDPR and MYA policies and procedures.
- To deliver and attend regular staff meetings and ensure relevant actions are taken and lessons learnt and practices modified accordingly.
- When faced with any performance issues, to activate any Performance Support and Performance Management initiatives with underperforming employees in the clinic team.
- To adhere to company policies & procedures in accordance with relevant legislation (health and safety, COSHH, data protection, risk assessment - fire regulations, infection control, decontamination, adverse events & complaints – this includes the professional management & monitoring by you of any complaint).
- To ensure that the clinic team promote quality care and service through the use of best practice.
- To actively seek and learn from feedback provided directly from patients, 'Reputation' Trust Pilot, and Social Media.

Working hours - the clinic is essentially open 5-7 days a week dependant on clinic activity, including weekends, so full flexibility is required and weekend working is a requirement.
About You:
- Considerable experience in management and customer service, this is essential.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of CQC standards and healthcare regulations is desirable.
