Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shift activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards
- Monitor operational procedures, including safety compliance and quality control
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
- Assign duties, and support team members in achieving their goals
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce health and safety policies across the shift
- Maintain clear communication with management regarding shift performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
