Summary
We are seeking a Tyre Technician to join our team in <STOKE ON TRENT>. In this role, you will be vital in ensuring our fleet customers receive top-notch tire maintenance and repair services, supporting our commitment to excellence and safety on the road.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose tyre issues on trucks efficiently.
- Use hand tools and power tools to replace or repair tires.
- Perform routine maintenance on tyre equipment and tools.
- Ensure safety standards are strictly followed during all procedures.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to tyre installation and removal.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed.
- Support team members in achieving operational goals.
- Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge related to vehicle tyres and maintenance.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in tire servicing or automotive industry is preferred.
