We're now looking for a 3.5 Tonne Van Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Deliveries of uniform to Police Stations in London on a daily basis
5 deliveries per day on set routes - boxes, totes and hanging rails
Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
Regular completion of vehicle checks
Manual handling of customer products
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Have experience of driving daily in the London area
Used to manual handling of totes and boxes
Candidates will under take a DBS check prior to employment commencing
Can follow safe system of work and delivery procedures
Hold a valid driving licence with no more than 6 points
Have a minimum of 12 months recent 3.5 tonne van driving experience
Used to operating vehicle tail lifts
