We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to become part of our Kitchen team at cosy, boutique and family run hotel overlooking the sea near Tenby.
We have a 2 AA rosette restaurant called Rhosyn and we are included in the 2025 Michelin Guide. We were also awarded the following:

- The Editor's Choice Best Romantic Hotel in UK 2023/2024 by the Good Hotel Guide

THE ROLE
Pay - £12.71 per hour + share of tronc (up to £1.50 extra per hour). Pay depends on age of applicant
We’re looking for a competent Kitchen Porter to be part of our small and friendly kitchen team.
There will also be the opportunity to develop as a Commis Chef
If you haven't too much experience of these skills please don't worry as training will be given to the right person.
Job skills & requirements:
- A team player, with bags of enthusiasm and 'can do' attitude
- A real energy and passion for everything you do.
- Attention to detail and fastidious with regard to the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Flexibility during late afternoon into evenings and weekends.
- Own transport or car is essential as rotas may not work around public transport timetables.
Please note that there is always the option of more hours and holiday cover
NB. Live in accommodation is NOT available with this position.
