Location: Newcastle upon Tyne and the North East
Salary: Dependent on experience
Bonus: Performance-related bonus scheme
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Weekend work: Optional and by prior agreement

We’re looking for an experienced, time-served plasterer to join our growing business.
We want someone who takes genuine pride in their craft, delivers an excellent finish and leaves every customer impressed. Quality always comes before speed.
What We’re Looking For
· The successful candidate will have:
· At least 10 years’ plastering experience
· A full UK driving licence
· A strong traditional plastering background, including two-coat plastering
· The ability to board, bond and fully prepare surfaces
· A reliable, punctual and organised approach, with the ability to work independently
· A professional manner with customers and pride in keeping work areas clean, tidy and well protected
· Their own plastering trowels - all other tools will be supplied as required
The Role
Most of our work is in customers’ homes, with occasional commercial projects throughout the year.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Arriving fully prepared and carefully protecting customers’ homes and belongings
· Preparing all surfaces and areas ready for plastering
· Completing every job to a consistently high standard and confirming the customer is satisfied before leaving
· Thoroughly cleaning the work area afterwards, including skirting boards, windows and any other affected areas.

· We’re looking for someone who understands the nature of the trade. Some working days may be longer, while others may finish earlier, depending on the job.
