Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with a passion for early childhood education and working with children. Duties
- Manage the overall daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality childcare and educational programmes
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote children's development and learning
- Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and external agencies to support children's wellbeing
- Organise staff rotas, training sessions, and performance reviews to foster professional development
- Ensure health and safety protocols are rigorously followed across the nursery premises
- Drive the organisation’s vision by fostering a positive, inclusive environment that encourages growth for both children and staff
Experience
- Proven management experience within a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team of childcare professionals
- Extensive knowledge of childcare regulations, health & safety standards, and early childhood development principles
- Experience working directly with children in a childcare or educational environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Pay: £25,485.76-£45,562.42 per year
