As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced, passionate and caring Beauty Therapist to join our team. We are searching for someone who loves helping people, takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career within a professional clinic that is committed to excellence.
This is more than a beauty therapist role. We are looking for someone who understands that every treatment is an experience. From the initial consultation to the client's journey home, you will help create an environment where clients feel cared for, confident and excited to return.
The successful candidate will confidently carry out professional consultations, recommend suitable treatment plans, deliver exceptional face and body treatments and provide expert aftercare advice. You will maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism and customer service while building genuine relationships that encourage client loyalty and trust.
Our therapists are encouraged to continue learning and developing their skills. Whether you already have experience in advanced treatments or are eager to learn, we invest in people who are passionate, motivated and committed to delivering outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will have:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent).
- Excellent facial and skincare knowledge.
- Experience in facials, massage and beauty treatments.
- Experience in lymphatic drainage, Japanese Head Spa, advanced facial massage, holistic therapies or body sculpting would be an advantage, although training can be provided.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A warm, caring and professional manner.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.
In addition to delivering treatments, you'll contribute to the continued growth of the clinic by educating clients, recommending appropriate retail products, supporting marketing activities, creating occasional social media content and maintaining accurate client records.
