We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team and help run our venue efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys supporting operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards across the business.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the General Manager and Deputy Manager in day-to-day operations
- Supervising staff and supporting teams to deliver excellent service
- Leading shifts, delegating tasks, and coaching team members during busy periods
- Ensuring operational standards, hygiene, and safety are maintained
- Assisting with budgeting, stock control, and operational targets
- Organising and planning events
- Handling guest enquiries or issues professionally and promptly
Pay & Hours
- £27,500 basic salary
- £4.5k bonus available annually
- TRONC (circa £3.5k - £4.5k per year)
- Based on a 40 hour working week
- Pay is processed on the last Friday of every month
- Flexible shift patterns between 8am – 2am, including weekends, depending on venue demands

Ideal Candidate
- Experienced in hospitality supervision or management in a fresh food venue
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Able to motivate and support staff while leading by example
- Confident in operational management and problem-solving
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Commercially aware and capable of supporting operational and financial goals
- Positive, professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
