Duties
- Assist clients in identifying career goals and developing tailored employment plans
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to support job readiness, interview preparation, and skill development
- Connect clients with local employers, training programs, and community resources to expand their opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of client progress and employment outcomes using Microsoft Office tools
- Deliver engaging workshops on resume writing, job search strategies, and workplace communication
- Offer ongoing support and encouragement throughout the job placement process
- Collaborate with team members to improve program services and share best practices
Requirements
- Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or employment services is preferred
- Knowledge of IT systems and online job search platforms is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and documentation efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
