Location: High Wycombe (Office Based)
Hours: 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 5:30pm)
Salary: £20,000 per annum

We are a growing finance business looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Data & CRM Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in business administration, CRM management, marketing and business operations. Full training will be provided.
The Role
You'll play a key role in maintaining our CRM database, supporting marketing activity, onboarding new clients and suppliers, and helping improve business processes using modern technology and AI tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and updating our CRM database
- Researching and maintaining business contacts using LinkedIn
- Supporting client and supplier onboarding
- Sending welcome packs and business communications
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and social media activity
- Supporting website updates and content management
- Helping improve internal systems and processes
- General office administration and telephone support
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and highly detail-oriented
- Confident using technology and online research tools
- A strong communicator with a professional attitude
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous administration experience is helpful but not essential.
