Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate team members, including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of culinary quality and presentation.
- Manage food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, menu updates, and special event requirements.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to keep operations well-stocked.
Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong background in restaurant operations with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards.
- Experience in managing bar services, including barista skills or bartending experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry best practices, including serving techniques and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of food production processes from kitchen experience or culinary background is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
