We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to support our growth during an exciting scale-up phase. This role is focused on executing and maintaining the marketing systems that drive awareness, leads, and event registrations — including funnels, automations, webinars, tracking, and creative assets.
You’ll work closely with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure campaigns run smoothly, data is clean, and nothing slips through the cracks. This is an implementation-first role, ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing, fixing, and improving marketing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
CRM, Automation & Lead Management
- Build, manage, and maintain tags, sequences, and broadcasts within Keap.
- Ensure leads are correctly segmented and routed through the appropriate automations.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and flag gaps or inefficiencies.
- Support sales and client teams by ensuring clean data and reliable workflows.
Funnel & Landing Page Management
- Build and update landing pages, forms, checkouts, and thank-you pages using Leadpages.
- Make basic content and layout edits within WordPress when required.
- Embed forms, calendars, videos, and tracking scripts correctly.
- Ensure funnels are mobile-friendly, branded, and conversion-focused.
Integrations & Technical Support
- Support and maintain Zapier automations connecting tools such as: Keap, Stripe, Forms, Webinar platforms
- Test integrations thoroughly to ensure data flows correctly across systems.
- Quickly diagnose and flag broken zaps, failed triggers, or missing data.
Webinar Setup & Support
- Assist with setup of live and evergreen webinars using Demio and WebinarJam.
- Configure registration pages, reminder emails, replays, and follow-up sequences.
- Support delivery during live webinars when required (links, access, troubleshooting).
- Ensure smooth attendee experience before, during, and after events.
Creative & Marketing Assets
- Create on-brand marketing assets using Canva, including: Event graphics Social posts and carousels, Infographics, Simple ad creatives
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
- Work efficiently from brand guidelines and templates.
Tracking, Reporting & Performance Support
- Support campaign tracking using UTMs and Google Analytics.
- Understand and monitor key metrics such as: CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click-Through Rate) and Conversion rates
- Check Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager setups and flag tracking issues early.
