The Role
As an Uprise Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand. You’ll inspire, guide, and support riders of all levels—whether they’re buying their very first bike or upgrading to their dream ride. You’ll help shape a store experience that’s memorable, fun, and absolutely world-class.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist customers in selecting bikes, clothing, and accessories tailored to their needs.
- Perform bike repairs and maintenance using hand tools and power tools.
- Ensure all bikes are serviced to the highest standards for safety and performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide expert advice on cycling products and accessories.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
