We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a particular interest in kitchen design, especially period properties from the Georgian and Victorian eras.
This is initially a self-employed freelance position, likely requiring one day per week, with the potential for additional work as projects develop.
About the Role
You will be helping to create exceptional kitchen designs that respect the character and architectural integrity of period homes while meeting modern practical requirements. We’re looking for someone who can combine creativity, technical understanding, and a strong appreciation of historical design.
Requirements
Proven experience in interior design, preferably with kitchen design projects.
Strong interest in Georgian and Victorian architecture and interiors.
Excellent spatial awareness and design judgement.
A very strong eye for detail, proportion, colour, and materials.
Ability to work independently and manage projects proactively.
Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated.
Confident communicating ideas with clients and contractors.
Experience with design software and presentation drawings is desirable.

Rate dependent on experience.
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
