Support Worker – Learning Disabilities (Full Time, Fixed Hours)

Dramatize is a forward-thinking social enterprise supporting young adults with learning disabilities to build independence, confidence and real-world life skills.
We are looking for a compassionate, proactive and reliable Support Worker to join our team at our Brookwood (Woking) provision.
This is not a traditional care role. You will be supporting young adults in structured day provision focused on independence, community engagement and personal development.

The Role
You will:
- Support young adults with learning disabilities in daily structured activities
- Promote independence, life skills and confidence
- Support community access (swimming, bowling, sailing, cinema and more)
- Assist with personal care where required
- Follow individual care and behaviour plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and safeguarding standards
- Work as part of a collaborative team
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Is patient, calm and encouraging
- Understands safeguarding responsibilities
- Can promote dignity and independence
- Works well as part of a team
- Is reliable and professional
A driving licence is desirable but not essential for this role.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with adults with additional needs
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and professional boundaries
- Ability to follow care plans and structured routines
