Thrive Lincs is looking for a Learning Mentor to join our team. Up to 30 hours a week. The ideal candidate will have a background in education. Must have own transport as the role involves travel to different areas. A DBS is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage student's timetable.
- To provide 1 to 1 education support to individuals with SEND.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
- Provide feedback to employer.
- Write daily reports.
- Developing a bespoke, child-led educational program that is based around a child's interests.
- To develop relationships and trust with the student and family/carers.
- Ensuring safeguarding of the children/young people is paramount and safeguarding policies adhered too.
- Ensure that all records are kept in accordance with company policies and procedures regarding record keeping.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour
