Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Security Supervisor to lead our security team in safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations, including monitoring surveillance systems such as CCTV to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
- Lead the security team in conducting regular patrols, inspections, and surveillance checks to uphold safety standards.
- Coordinate loss prevention initiatives by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing effective measures to reduce theft or damage.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, including providing first aid when necessary.
- Train and mentor security personnel on surveillance techniques, emergency procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, patrols, CCTV footage reviews, and shift reports for accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop security policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in security supervision or management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV operation and monitoring techniques.
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and best practices for asset protection.
- Ability to respond calmly and efficiently during emergencies; certification in first aid is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of security personnel.
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and coordinating with emergency responders when needed.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
