Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment and field based operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, providing support to staff and management, and maintaining an organised workspace. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, our accounting software and field engineer software.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for staff and management
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Handle administrative paperwork including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Support team members with organisational needs such as ordering supplies or coordinating events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Assist in onboarding new staff members by preparing necessary documentation and orientation materials
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Strong administrative experience with attention to detail
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Previous clerical experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided where necessary
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £24,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
