We are seeking a passionate and energetic Breakfast / Pub Chef to join our vibrant culinary team! Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, and healthier options with precision and flair
- Assist in the preparation of pub-style dishes such as burgers, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers for lunch and dinner service
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in all kitchen areas according to health regulations
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently to minimize waste
- Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple orders with speed and accuracy
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of food and excellent customer satisfaction
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to deliver visually appealing dishes that delight guests
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food hygiene standards
- Demonstrated culinary experience with the ability to prepare a range of breakfast and pub dishes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Previous experience serving or interacting with customers is a plus but not required
- Passion for food, creativity in meal presentation, and eagerness to learn new techniques
