Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with experience of producing management reports and analysing rent arrears and void performance data.
Ability to forge relationships whilst maintaining professional boundaries
Knowledge of housing income streams & the benefits system, particularly Universal Credit.
A good understanding of the experiences and issues facing those who have
experienced homelessness
Understanding the issues of those experiencing financial hardship/budgeting
difficulties and how to address this
Good understanding of safeguarding and what constitutes abuse
Knowledge of local Communities, and voluntary organisations and agencies
