Hours
- Option 1: Monday to Friday, 13:00–21:00
- Option 2: Saturday to Monday, 13:00–21:00
The role of Transit Driver:
- Driving a transit van safely and efficiently
- Emptying bins and carrying out waste collection duties
- Loading and unloading materials where required
- Following planned routes and schedules
- Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and in good condition
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
The ideal Transit Driver:
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to carry out physical work
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous driving or waste collection experience desirable but not essential
