- Upsell menu items such as specials, desserts, or beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support when needed, adhering to food safety protocols
- Manage multiple tables effectively through strong time management skills, ensuring prompt service
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing exceptional guest services that foster loyalty
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a busy bistro restaurant settings is required and a passion for service is must have.
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and food knowledge
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly
- Basic math skills for handling payments, bills, and order accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
